Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

New printer purchased from Amazon did not have the setup cartridges for the printer.  is there any fix as HP says they do not have setup cartridge's in stock.   Amazon will not let me return the printer.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,

We would have to perform a reset on the printer to bypass the error

  • The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
  • In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon in the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/notes/privatenotespage
