This morning the printer stop printing full size pages.  They are all reduced in size and I can't find a button to make them print at 100% size.  What happened?  How do I make it print full size pages again?????????

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • What's the application you are trying to print from?
  • Have you tried printing from a different application or device?

While you respond to that, let's try these steps:

Change print settings on your Mac from the app you are printing from.

Open a document, photo, or webpage, click File > Print to open the Print window.

Make sure your printer is selected, and then click Show Details if it displays to access the print settings available for your printer.

Print dialog with details shown

Click the drop-down menu in the center of the window to change the settings category and access all available settings.

Using the drop-down menu in the center of the window to access print settings

Paper size: Select the paper from the Paper Size menu on the main dialog, if present, or click Paper Handling, and then select the paper in the Destination Paper Size menu or “Default paper size

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

Thanks for the response.  Everything you said is good to check and I did so; so anyone with a problem should try your steps.  But that wasn't the solution.  It was simpler than that.  The operator wasn't fully aware of Word and its many toolbars.  The solution was when in Word to go to View; UNCHECK Mark up.  That does it.  Now it will print full pages.
