i have an hp envy 4500 e-printer all in one. up until a few days ago it was working just fine but now it doesn't print at all. the documents are all just waiting in the queue and it keeps saying its paused. I try to reset the printer reset the computer and checked for paper jams. I just changed the ink and nothing seems to be wrong with it. it keeps saying its paused but even when I fix it through the hp smart app it doesn't do anything. I don't know what to do and I tried to talk to a virtual assistant but its just a robot that doesn't give me options.

Hi,

Double-click the printer icon in the taskbar to show the print queue.

 

From the Printer menu, click on Pause Printing, then the checkmark next to it should no longer appear and printing should be resumed.
