I'm getting this error on a Dell laptop running Windows 10 Pro in the Windows Update screen. I get the error:
Hewlett-Packard - USB - 2/18/2019 12:00:00 AM - 40.13.1167.1948
Status: Download error - 0x800f020b

I Do print to 2 different HP printers from this PC, (network printers, not physically connected to the PC) so that's the on HP equipment I interact with. This driver download has been failing for quite some time. I contacted Microsoft and worked with their Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 folks for 4 days and the problem still exists, even after going through the aggravation of having Microsoft re-install Windows 10 on my laptop twice. I assume this driver is an HP driver for something, I just don't know how to get it deleted or replaced with a working driver update. I tried to find a contact phone number at HP support, but they do a really good job of "not identifying" a group within HP who could assist.
