Onsite setup and configuration is not something typically supplied or included with a printer. It sounds like you are still out of warranty so you could open a new case on Support.hp.com to get phone assistance. Or contact a local shop to see if they have techs available for onsite.Be wary as there are a lot of scammers preying on people online and even some bad actors passing themselves off as reputable.
