My All in one photosmart B210 printer worked flawlessly with my Gateway laptop using Vista OS. Replaced laptop with a new HP laptop running Windows 10. Printer gets message to print but pages come out blank. I had just bought all new cartridges, never got a single document to print, all test pages come out in beautiful color. Now ink levels are very low, black was very low So a bought a new set of cartridges, very expensive, and still pages come out blank. Downloaded drivers, I am using wireless connections. What is wrong.

Thanks for reaching out to the HP Support Forums for a solution to your printing issue.
I understand that you are using an HP Photosmart Plus e-All-in-One Printer with a Windows 10 computer and pages are coming out blank. I would like to help with that.
Try doing a Black Copy using the printer control panel.
If that page comes out blank, try following the steps in this support document - Color or Black Ink Not Printing.
If the copy is successful I would download and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor to check the installed software. This tool can diagnose and fix many printing and printer software issues.
Please let me know if this resolves the issue, or if you require further assistance.
