@mifacl, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP OfficeJet Pro 8125e All-in-One Printer is not printing from your Windows 11 computer, and you've just installed it, here are some steps to help you get it working:

Check Printer Connection

  • Ensure the printer is powered on.
  • If using Wi-Fi, confirm the wireless light on the printer is solid (not blinking).
  • If using USB, make sure the cable is securely connected to both the printer and the PC.

Remove and Reinstall the Printer

  • Go to Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners.
  • Select your printer and click Remove device.
  • Restart your computer.

Restore Network Settings (for Wi-Fi setup)

  • On the printer control panel, go to:
    • Setup > Network Setup > Restore Network Settings
  • This puts the printer in Wi-Fi setup mode.

Download and Install Latest Drivers

Use HP Smart App (Recommended)

  • Download the HP Smart app from the Microsoft Store. HP Smart
  • Open the app and follow the prompts to add your printer.
  • This app helps with setup, printing, scanning, and troubleshooting.

Windows Update

  • Go to Settings > Windows Update and check for updates.
  • Install any pending updates and restart your PC.
