I just bought an HP Officejet 200 and needed it immediately.  Years ago I swore off HP products due to the fact that every HP product I've had has had issues.  My HP laserjet 500 has multiple issues but I still have it.  Years ago I bought an HP laptop and it wouldn't work either so I returned it for a significant less re-imbursement than what I paid for it.  I bought this officejet 200 because it was the only brand Office Max had in stock.  I could not install it on my Macbook Air so I called HP customer service tech and they remoted my computer and couldn't install it either on their "smart app". The tech even tried to install it on my IPhone and couldn't do it there either.  I spent 2 hours on the phone with her and I think she gave up.  I ran to the nearest Apple store which is 45 minutes away and they refused to try.  I came home and installed it finally with a site other than HP.  I should kick myself for even purchasing another HP product.  I certainly hope this is the last one and I will never use their customer support again.
