Hi @Pilot-Bob,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

Thanks for reaching out! If your HP ENVY Photo 7855 All-in-One Printer is printing your Excel spreadsheet at a smaller size than expected, but it looks fine on screen, you can enlarge it when printing by adjusting the scaling settings in Excel's print options.

Option 1: Use Excel's Scaling Feature

  1. Open your Excel file.
  2. Click on File > Print.
  3. On the Print Preview screen, look for the Scaling option (just below the printer selection).
  4. Choose one of the following:
    • Fit Sheet on One Page – if your content is too small, this will stretch it.
    • Custom Scaling Options – click this to manually set:
      • A larger % of normal size (e.g., set to 120% to enlarge).
      • Or specify how many pages tall/wide you want the sheet to print on.
  5. Once adjusted, click Print.

Option 2: Adjust Page Layout Before Printing

  1. Go to the Page Layout tab in Excel.
  2. Under Scale to Fit, adjust:
    • Width / Height to "1 page" to stretch content.
    • Scale % manually to a higher value (e.g., 125%).

This helps enlarge the printout while keeping it centred and readable.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
