When chatting HP support today, they have a man that says he is a certified MASTER tech or such and he gets remote access runs a scan and tells me i have malware AAEE and it has corrupted all my files and such and he will rid it for 680.00 USD by a company named US repairs and they they will install Symantec End point security and trend micro and only charge me the 680 for them and 3 years use and then  the repair will be free.  Now I have had this server on line 3 days ONLY!  Also I am poositvie he is mistaken about the virus.  I watched them run SFC / scanow and it returned no corrupted files.  He was also unable to install this driver and says he is having a server driver sent to him and will fix this tomorrow..
