I read your post. Thanks for your patience and efforts. It is amply appreciated. As @ower_Bud is out for the day, I am replying to you.
Did you try the steps of uninstalling and reinstalling the printer drivers at the root level as suggested by my colleague?
- Does it happen only with this website or with other websites and regular printing also?
- Has printing from this specific website worked before with firefox?
let's try these steps:
- If it has, once reset Firefox and try again.
- Otherwise uninstall Firefox completely from "programs and features" in control panel.
- Then restart the computer and download and install Firefox. again.
- Now check printing coupons again from the website.
- Also, try downloading Google Chrome and printing from Chrome. This could do the trick for you.
- Run all the latest Windows 10 updates and install them on the computer.
- Now check again by printing. This should work.
Good luck and keep me posted about the developments. If this helps, please mark this as “Accepted Solution” as it will help several others with the same issue and give the post a Kudos for my efforts to help. Thank you and have a great week ahead. 🙂

Welcome to HP Forums,
This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips,
Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you out 🙂
As I understand, you're in need of support,
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
What is the printer model name?
Was it working fine earlier?
Have you tried any troubleshooting steps?
Have you checked the print settings?
Which browser are you printing from?
While you respond to that, let's try these steps to resolve the issue:
Adjust the print settings and try another web browser.
If the issue persists, let's perform root level uninstall and reinstall:
- Go to Control panel – Programs and feature – Select all the HP DeskJet printer entries and uninstall them.
- Now go to Control panel – Devices and printer – Select all the printer entries and remove the device.
- Then press the "windows key" + "r" to get the "Run" window open - Type "printui.exe /s" and press enter.
- Under print server properties, go to drivers - remove any entry there as well.
- Again, go to run window, type – “c:/programdata” – Go to Hewlett Packard folder, remove any printer related folders & files.
To reinstall, click here (Enter the printer model name and download full feature drivers after selecting your operating system)
Let me know how this goes,
Cheers!
If I have helped you resolve the issue, feel free to give me a virtual high-five by clicking the 'Thumbs Up' icon below,
