"Print Anywhere" option not found

I bought a Hp Envy 6420e and I can't send email to print a file. I don't see the option "print anywhere" so I can't see the printer email address.

The printer supports the Print Anywhere feature.

I used "Restore Factory Defaults" feature and it worked, now I can see the option "Print Anywhere". Thanks
