Hi @Aminlv,
I understand your situation and where you come from. That is why I gave the option to go to the printer's user guide and visit page 6 and 7 of the user guide to get this information. I see that you need to manually count the pages if the number of pages is lost from the printer's memory. Because the printer reports printed from the control panel have this information, it is not included with the printer software and drivers.
You've done an amazing job and Kudos t you for that and please trust me, I have done everything here to assist you, by keeping your best interest in mind. This is the only solution at this time as it is a limitation of the printer software.
Also, you've been absolutely superb to work with considering your profound technical expertise. I thank you for giving me the privilege to share this platform with you.
I genuinely hope the issue gets resolved and the printer works great and stays healthy for a long time to come.
Trust me I've done all I can to assist you, by keeping your best interest in mind.
To simply say thanks, please click the "Thumbs Up" button to give me a Kudos to appreciate my efforts to help.
If this helps, please mark this as “Accepted Solution” as it will help several others with the same issue to get it resolved without hassles.
You take care now, stay healthy, keep smiling big and do have a blessed year ahead.

Hi @Aminlv,
Good Day!! Thanks for taking an interest in the HP Support Forums! I understand that you require assistance regarding finding out the number of pages left that could be the printer. It will be a delight to assist you. 🙂
Spectacular understanding and commendable description of the issue before posting. Kudos to you on that score. 🙂 You are a valued HP customer and it is paramount to assist you here. I take it as a privilege to share this platform with you. 🙂
For better clarity and to assist you better I would require more information regarding this.
If you’ve checked the section and found nothing, then it may not be possible to get the exact count of the pages left that can be printed. So Please replace the cartridges when the ink levels are low. That can help you here.
Hope this helps. I genuinely hope the issue gets resolved without hassles and the unit works great. 🙂 Please reach out for any issues and I'll always be there to assist you always. 🙂
To simply say thanks, please click the "Thumbs Up" button to give me a Kudos to appreciate my efforts to help.
this helps, please mark this as “Accepted Solution” as it will help several others with the same issue to get it resolved without hassles. 🙂
Take care now and have a splendid week ahead. 🙂

Hi @Aminlv,
I reviewed the post comprehensively. I thank you for your super quick reply. I thank you greatly for your response and you've been crystal clear. First off, You are super skilled and kudos to you for that. 🙂
I understand the post clearly. I also understand that in earlier versions of the printer software it did display the pages printed so far.
1. Printing Preferences
2. Basics tab
3. click on About.
- However, that is no more an option with these printers. A workaround to get information about the complete yield of each cartridge would be to do this:
- Please go to the product specifications page of your printer from this link: http://support.hp.com/us-en/product/HP-LaserJet-Pro-200-color-MFP-M276/5097648/model/5097653/documen... Then loop up print cartridges option. It gives you the list of supported cartridges for the printer region wise.
- Then please copy the cartridge number
- Then to go to http://store.hp.com and select the country.
- Then click on option “Ink & Toner” option and paste the cartridge number for example “HP 131A Black” in the search box and click on search.
- It will give the complete yield for that cartridge with the total number pages that it can print.
However, you could get this information directly from the printer's control panel by printing the supply report of the printer. This user guide link will show you how: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c02851622 Please visit pages 6 and 7 on how to do this.
It gives you all the information that you seek. That is why it is not included in the software.
Supplies Status Prints the status for each toner cartridge, including the following information: ● Estimated percentage of cartridge life remaining ● Approximate pages remaining ● Part numbers for HP toner cartridges ● Number of pages printed.
Trust me I've done everything here to assist you by keeping your best interest in mind. 🙂 I’ve done a lot of research myself. You've been absolutely superb to work with, by displaying great technical skills. 🙂 I thank you again for your time. It has been an absolute privilege to share this platform with you. 🙂

thank you yuo i usually checks that to see how many pages printed but you can't see whats currently printing so,
for exam if printing essay in dozzen pages and dozzen coppies,
on printer LED you will see printing document,
and in printer about info the page i send it here so if you lose the count middle of way there is no way to findout how many pages remains in printer memory you have to manually count the papers already printed to see whats what....
