I am unable to replace my ink cartridge on my HP Envy wirless 4524. I am sure last time I did this the instructions came up on the display screen but when I click OK when it is showing me to replace nothing happens. Please help.

Thank you for your help, I had tried this but the cartridge did not release easily and I did not want to force it. Also the new cartridges were a different size, they were sent by HP but I think a smaller size is given in the printer when new. All sorted now.
