I would like to return printer

You need to either contact HP customer support or your place of purchase. These community boards are mostly supported by other users and some HP staff, so the chances that someone who can actually return a product for you seeing this post is minimal.

I assume that others have the same issue that I am having, and that is why there are so

many asking how to RETURN items!

     I bought an Envy 5055 directly from HP, but can not find the way to return it. It will not

work with my HP slimline computer (Windows 10 OS). I want to return (it has 10 mos

left on warrantee) but customer support and the virtual agent seem to have no way

to help me return this printer. I need it ASAP!!

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
