Hi @amuniz ,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd like to help!

When printing double-sided pages from Word on an HP ENVY Photo 7155 printer and facing issues with margins not aligning correctly, there are a few steps you can take:

  1. Check Printer Settings: Make sure your printer settings in Word are configured properly. Go to "File" -> "Print" -> "Printer Properties" (or a similar option depending on your Word version), and ensure the paper size and layout settings match the actual paper loaded in the printer.

  2. Margins in Word: Check the margins set in your Word document. Go to the "Layout" or "Page Layout" tab, click on "Margins," and choose "Custom Margins." Adjust the margins if needed to ensure they fit within the printable area of the paper.

  3. Printer Driver Update: Sometimes, updating the printer driver can resolve compatibility issues. Visit the HP website, search for the ENVY Photo 7155 printer model, and download the latest driver for your operating system.
  4. Print Preview: Before printing, use the print preview option in Word to see how the document will appear on the page. This can help identify any formatting issues that might be causing the margins to be misaligned.

  5. Paper Alignment: Ensure the paper is loaded correctly in the printer tray. Improperly loaded paper can cause printing issues, including misaligned margins.

  6. Duplex Printing Settings: Check the printer settings for duplex (double-sided) printing. Make sure the settings match the way you want the document to be printed. Adjust the duplex settings if necessary.

  7. Test Print: Before printing the entire document, try printing a few pages to see if the margins align correctly. This can help troubleshoot the issue without wasting too much paper.

If you've checked these steps and the issue persists, it might be helpful to try printing the document from a different device or software to see if the problem is specific to Word or your computer setup. Additionally, contacting HP support for further assistance could help resolve any underlying printer or software issues.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
