Hello Community:
I have a new HP office jet Pro 8025 all in one printer, i set it up with " HP SMart" App, I am having problems with the operation of the printer. My question is, does anyone have a link or the instructions on how I can delete " HP Smart" and re install " OJP8020 Full Web Pack - software/drivers" for and on my windows 10 home HP desktop PC??
I am thinking that this software install will work better for me than the install with the "HP Smart".
Thanks for any information thats available.
Happy New Year"

Hi,
Please right-click the Ethernet or WiFi icon on your PC and select Open Network and Internet Settings.
Click Sharing Options, then under Private (Current Profile), uncheck the box next to 'Turn on automatic setup of network connected devices' and press Save Changes.
Click the Start menu and then the Gear (Settings) icon and select Devices, then Printers & Scanners.
remove any listed device of your printer.
Right-click the Start menu and select Device Manager, expand the Imaging Devices category (if available) and uninstall any instance of your printer.
Now reinstall the latest HP Software below and launch the HP Printer Assistant (HP Officejet 8020 icon):
