I cannot find anyway in HP smart to set my new printer as default printerI see that i am not first person to have this issue.

 

The previous questioner did not get an acceptable answer so I am trying again

There is no way to right click and set as default . There is no way to right click and set as default and I do not see HP smart in program list so i could just get rid of it

The steps suggested are not to be performed on the HP Smart App but on your Windows Settings.
