Hello Jeaninekc,

 

If you are looking for an "activation " code for the "bonus" software that supposedly comes with the HP All-In-One deskjet then you are out of luck.  NOVA sftware charges for "tech" support.  HP does not actually provide this product and does not seem to able to help.  However the HP Phot Creations that installs when you load your software from HP (initial Startup) is a fairly decent product.

 

If you are looking for the activation code to set up the EWS (embedded web services) then folow the instructions on the HP connected page.  It will take a couple of times unless you are computer savvy (unlike me).

That is certainly a help - but this information would be more useful if given before the user installs the webservices.  Thanks you none the less - at least it is now doable.
