Hello,
I can't connect my HP Desjekt 3050A to my wifi. When I do the configuration on my computer with the HP driver, they tell me either that it is not the right wpa password (while it is) or that the Mac filtering of the box is enabled while it is not.
How to solve this problem?
thank you

Hi @adrijez,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.
I see that you are facing an issue with connecting your Printer to the network.
Please follow the steps below to connect your printer to the network again.
1) Uninstall the HP smart app by click on this link, Restart the computer or mobile device to clear possible error conditions.
2) Enable Wi-Fi setup mode: When you turn on your printer for the first time, it is temporarily placed in Wi-Fi setup mode so that it can be discovered during setup. Use the printer control panel to restore Wi-Fi setup mode, and then set up the printer again. Go to Restore Wi-Fi setup mode on your HP printer for more information.
3) Refer to this link to use the HP smart app on your phone/tablet/PC to add a printer.
Note: Enable Bluetooth for an HP Smart app setup: Enable Bluetooth on your computer or mobile device so that HP Smart can detect the printer during the setup.
Please mark this post as “Accepted Solution” if the issue is resolved and if you feel this reply was helpful click “Yes”.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a great day ahead!

The printer error message during WPS connection is network error. When I follow the wifi portal it indicates that the operation has been done but the printer is not added to the connected devices.
The wifi is a BBOX.
I specify that I also tried to connect the printer to the network via the HP driver by first connecting the printer via USB. It did not work, the reason changes each time: either bad WPA key (while it is the right one) or active MAC filtering (I checked, it is not).
I also tried with the printer PIN code but nothing in the BBOX portal to add a PIN code.
I do not know if this means that there is a problem with the box. With our old box (free) it worked.
On the USB connection side, there are no problems.
