After trying to install wirelessely my printer, on the control panel I get a message " driver is unavailable" and when I run the HP print & scanner Doctor I get an error message " the full software solution for your product is not installed on this PC).
Also when I use the HP smart to acess the printer and i push the printer button i get an error message " the selected printer is detected but not installed completelly on your windows system..."
I have installed and unistalled the softawre several times but the result is the same.
Nevertheless I can acess the scanner and I can Print trough the HP eprint + Jet Advantage
I cannot print from other PC's on my network
Any toughts on how to solve this?
Thanks

Two suggestions: Standard and "Hit it harder"
Option - Standard Driver Installation
Printer Software – Uninstall Existing Software (Optional)
If the software is already installed and you want (need) to uninstall it:
Control Panel > icon view > Programs and Features >
Scroll down, click, and Uninstall the software
After the software is removed, Restart the computer and log in
Printer Software - Installation
NOTE: If using USB, disconnect the USB cable between the printer and the computer before starting the installation. Connect the cable when instructed to do so (toward the end of the installation procedure).
Download, save, and install the Full Feature Software for your Operating System version
After the software is installed, Restart the computer and log in

Firmware
Consider installing the printer Firmware
READ (when provided) all instructions before installing the firmware
If / After the firmware is installed, Restart the computer and log in
Reminder: Firmware is generally updated after the printer software is installed / functional.
Option - Corrupt OS components prevents installation of Full Feature Software
If you have already tried to reinstall the printer software and the program just won't install
OR
If it appears the software does install and then does not work as expected,
Try / Consider a procedure to clear the print setup and then reinstall the software.

Essentially the same fix as for the “not compatible with a policy” error, this repair method can help in those cases where Windows Updates might have corrupted driver components in the Operating System.
