My printer, HP Print-3A-Deskjet-2540 series goes to sleep between print jobs and has to be rebooted I.e. Unplugged. It will then print what is in "Q"

I am trying to print on my new hp deskjet 2542 printer, but I am not able to do so.  I need help.  Is there a phone contact number I can use to call for support?   This is my first experience using a wireless printer.  I purchased this printer because I need to use it for my business.  I need an immediate response.
