Bought my elderly mom 9125e printer. Strangely only works on 2.5 gHz. Her Mac and iPhone on 5 gHz. Can she have them put on same SSID with same password so she doesn’t have to run her devices at half speed? This seems so dumb for a newly released product if she has to only use 2.5. Thx.

Also it grabbed onto the split 2.5 GHz and she doesn’t know that password.
