Hello.
I'm working in an office with two HP printers, and as part of my work I have to scan several multi-page documents. I use HP Smart for that.
A few days ago the Wi-Fi network changed, and so did the printer's IPs.
Since then, I haven't been able to use the printers, as they always show on HP Smart as Offline. I troubleshooted with the HP chat bot and tried many things but nothing worked.
When I re-install the printers everything is fine and they even print the test page with no problem, but when I go to HP Smart, it always says they're Offline.
What can I do?
Thank You
EDIT: Just to add that everyone else is using the printers with no problem. In fact, I helped some with the configuration after the IP change
EDIT2: I connected my laptop to the printer through USB and I'm able to do my work normally. As soon as I disconnect the cable, HP Smart no longer recognizes the printer. Working through USB cable is not an option for daily work

I suspect the source of the problem is perhaps the change to the network.
If you have not done so, try Restarting everything - including the router that controls the network.
True - the Offline condition must be cleared.
Solutions here:
HP printer is offline or not responding
After the Offline condition is cleared / corrected,
If the application is still stuck,
Try / Consider issuing an application "Reset" .
HP Smart is an application.
When installed, the app is listed in Settings > Apps > Apps and Features
The application can be Terminated / Repaired / Reset / Uninstalled from that location.
"Reset" is frequently a better option than a simple Repair
“If this app still isn’t working right, reset it. The app’s data will be deleted.”
Uninstalling the app is certainly an option and is recommended when Reset fails to help.
Uninstall this app and its settings. Your documents will not be affected.”
Next,
If the application is reset or uninstalled, Restart the computer and log in.
If uninstalled, Get a new copy of the application from the Microsoft Store
