Common problems for Connectivity Issues
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about Printer Wi-Fi, Connectivity Issues and Offline Status. Check out this link: HP printer is offline or unavailable.

I have an OfficeJet  Pro 8610 now that I have upgraded to Windows 11 I am having trouble connecting to HP Connected for my Instant Ink stats. An error msg pops up every time I try to print. It says the printer is not connected to the internet although it is. I have tried every suggestion offered on line turn on and off, disabled web services, etc. I am frustrated as I have enjoyed this printer for about 7 yrs and there is, otherwise, nothing wrong with it. Any ideas would be appreciated.

@Besimp, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

I understand you are not able to print. Upgrading the Win OS is not related to this issue.

Restart the wireless router, the printer, and the PC

Reinstall the HP Smart app from Microsoft Store.

Check your HP Instant Ink account page. Your Instant Ink account page will have notifications if there are any issues with the account or recent cartridge shipment, it will even provide solutions on how to fix the issue. You may log in to your HP Instant Ink account page from here.

If the suggested information can't be found, please send me a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Keep me posted for any other assistance.

Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.

Have a great day!
