When I look at System Preferences, Network, Wi-Fi, it says connected to 5G and IP address is 192.168.0.7
When I look at the printer Wireless display, it shows the 2.4G wireless name and an IP address of 192.168.0.3

I suggest we restore the Printer's Settings back to default and then connect it back to the Network
- Tap Setup > Printer Maintenance > Restore > Restore Factory Defaults > Restore.
Next run the wireless setup wizard to connect the printer back to the Network

I restored the printer to Factory defaults and then set up wireless. When I logged in to my instant ink account, it was unable to connect to the printer. I was also unable to connect to the printer from the Mac through System Preferences, Printers & Scanners, Options & Supplies, Supply Levels.
The next thing I did was reboot my Mac. When I logged in to my instant ink account, I got a Notification saying I needed to enter my new claim code (my new email address for printing via email). After I did this, my instant ink account was able to connect and sync to the printer. After that, I was able to connect to the printer from the Mac through System Preferences, Printers & Scanners, Options & Supplies, Supply Levels.
I tried printing from the Mac. Oddly, the status showed 'Printing - Printing page 1, 100% complete...' but nothing printed (it was a very short note). A little later, I discovered that the printing was held up by a message on the printer display saying that I had an important message from HP instant ink! (the new claim code, which I had already done.) After I responded to the message on the printer display, the page printed. So the printing really worked. I tried printing via email and that worked too.
(It still doesn't seem to matter whether the Mac is on wireless 2.4G or 5G. In fact, it actually seems to connect better when the Mac is on 5G.) It's been a few days now and the Mac connects to the printer most of the time but once in a while it does not. So, I think it is working better than it was.
