Envy 7640 All-in-one
Microsoft Windows 11

I am no longer able to print to my HP Envy 7640 printer over Wi-Fi.  It was working fine after upgrading to W11.  I can ping the printer from my laptop and get 100% packet response.  I can login to the printer from a browser using the IP address. I can print a test page from the webtools.  When I print a test page from my laptop via the embedded webserver IP, it prints no issues.

I have uninstalled and re-installed the drivers.  Updated the drivers.  Attempted to uninstall KB5006670 (but it has been more than 2 weeks).   Nothing has worked.  Looking for suggestions.  I am about ready to just chuck the printer and buy a new one!

Welcome to the HP support community.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.

Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.
