I just moved and had to get a new Verizon router. I am unable to get my Envy 6055 to connect and HP "smart" app is convinced that my printer is not in fact turned on. Every help article I find here is filled with technical jargon that confuses me and what should be a 10 minute problem has taken hours of fruitless research. Somebody, please explain it like I'm a 6 year-old.
