Cannot connect to Wifi LaserJet MFP M29w on Windows 11 Home

Cannot connect HP Laser Jet MFP M29w to Wifi from computer with Windows 11.

Also tried connecting from HP Smart app on IOS with no success. HP Smart app cannot find the printer on the network. The HP Wifi network option does not display on my phone's available Wifi networks list.

Sorry, correction. My Wifi list on my iPhone does show the HP Wifi option called DIRECT-cb-HP M29 LaserJet, but it is password protected and I do not know the password.

I changed Internet Service Providers and Wireless routers. The printer is still configured to connect to my old Wifi network. How to I get it to reconnect to my new Wifi network?
