Cartridges do not connect with the printer HP Envy 7220e

I have been an HP Instant Ink subscriber for several years. 
Now, my black cartridge "does not connect with the printer"... 
The error message on my printer indicates : 
"The indicated cartridges are not communicating correctly with the printer. 
If the problem persists, replace the cartridges".

I followed all the recommendations found on the HP support sites but without success. 
Furthermore, the printer does not print without both cartridges (black and color) being operational.

I tried to find solutions on the French Hp Instant Ink site, but nothing matched. 
Have you a solution or can you send me a new black cartridge so I can try if it's OK ?
