We had to change our Wifi SSID and cannot connect the printer to the new network. When attempting to do so using the HP Smart software, and navigating to "Wireless Configuration," a pop-up appears saying:
"A Custom password has been set for your printer. Enter the password to access the printer interface." (Screenshot pasted below and at https://drive.google.com/file/d/1aM0IVnS6TH4eoGv67IP70AnUUx1oZbOm/view)
We do not recall setting any such password and have tried all passwords that we would have used if had set a password. We need to reset this password so we can regain control of the wireless configuration and connect it to the new Wifi SSID.

@mikstravaganza, Welcome to HP Support Community!
The only option left is to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
