Hi @Ravid107,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
Try these steps:
Reset Network Settings:
- First, reset the printer’s network settings to clear any previous configurations.
- Turn off the printer.
- Hold the 'Cancel' and 'Wi-Fi' buttons simultaneously and turn on the printer.
- Release the buttons after the printer starts up. This will reset the network settings.
Connect the Printer to Your New Wi-Fi Network:
- Make sure your new Wi-Fi network is set up and functioning correctly.
- On your printer, press the 'Wi-Fi' button to initiate the Wi-Fi setup mode (the Wi-Fi indicator will blink).
Connect Using HP Smart App:
- Download and install the HP Smart app from Google Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS) on your phone.
- Open the HP Smart app and tap the plus sign (+) to add a new printer.
- Follow the prompts to connect your printer to your new Wi-Fi network.
Using a Computer for Wi-Fi Setup:
- If preferred, you can use a computer to facilitate the setup:
- Connect your computer to the same Wi-Fi network.
- Open a web browser and go to HP Support website.
- Download and install the latest printer software and drivers.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to connect the printer to your new Wi-Fi network.
WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup) Method:
- If your router supports WPS, you can use this method:
- Press the WPS button on your router.
- Press and hold the 'Wi-Fi' button on your printer for a few seconds. The Wi-Fi indicator will blink rapidly.
- The printer should connect to the Wi-Fi network automatically. The Wi-Fi indicator will stop blinking and remain steady.
I hope this helps.
