Clear the Spooler Folder

  • Open File Explorer and navigate to C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS.
  • Delete all files in this folder. (You may need administrator permission to do this.)

Restart the Service

  • Go back to the Services window, right-click on Print Spooler, and select Start.

Method 2: Using Command Prompt

Open Command Prompt as Administrator

  • Type cmd in the Windows search bar.

Method 3: Using Windows Settings

Open Settings

  • Go to Start > Settings > Devices > Printers & Scanners.
