LaserJet Pro P1102W
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have replaced my wireless router. Now I want to connect my existing LaserJet P1102w to the new router. If needed, I can connect the printer to my PC via USB cable. I want to print wirelessly from my existing Win 10 PC (already has the printer software installed, which worked with the old router).

@Victor44

Hello,

At first, please restore default wireless settings as follows:

  1. Turn the product off.
  2.  Press and hold the Wireless  button and the Cancel  button, and then turn the product on.
  3. Hold the buttons until all the lights blink in unison, and then release the buttons.

Afterwards, please connect your printer to the wireless network using the USB cable.

Don't hesitate to contact us in case of need.

Best regards,:Wink:

Hi,

Apologies for jumping in @Mans , however, for such an older model the steps would be different, the steps above are correct for newer HP Laserjet Pro printers, not for older models such as the P1102w.

For the specific printer model, please follow the below steps to restore the network settings first:

ShlomiL_0-1601831559848.png

Next, download and install the below drivers by selecting a wireless connection:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/COL32431/bi-80329-12/hp_LJP1100_P1560_P1600_Full_Solution-...

Note: if the installation extracts but won't run, manually launch C:\LJP1100_P1560_P1600_Full_Solution\HpSetup.exe

Follow the steps on-screen by selecting a wireless connection and only connect the USB when the installation asks to do so.
