Hi,
Follow the 'HP DeskJet 2700, 2700e, 2800, 2800e, 4100, 4100e, 4200, 4200e, Ultra 4800, 4900 printers' section below to restore Wi-Fi Setup Mode for the printer:

Following the reset, ensure your Mac is connected to your wireless network, open the HP Smart App, click the Plus sign and select to Setup and Connect a New Printer, then follow the steps on screen to connect the printer to your network.
