I see that you are looking for information related to connecting your printer using mobile hotspot.

Yes, you can connect your printer to mobile hotspot but it wont be a stable connection.

 

However, you can connect your printer to printer's wifi direct feature instead of an hotspot.

 

Kindly refer to the steps on this link to connect your printer to wifi direct and let me know if that resolves the issue.
