Greetings HP Community. I tried to find a resolution for the Custom Password in the community but seems like there's no proper solution.
I bought this HP Printer in 2019 Dec, and I have never set up any password for this printer. I moved into the new workspace and tried to connect to the network, and this problem occurred. I REPEAT, I have never set up ANY CUSTOM PASSWORD into the printer.
Here are the steps I've tried to resolve this issue so far:
1. Check the PIN code below the printer. (No PIN provided at the printer, none password or anything just firmware and serial number only)
2. Following the steps provided from the User Manual AND YouTube Tutorial by HP Official Channel. (None of these work, it did not show any Custom Password restriction while demonstrating the setup process.)
3. Full reset the HP printer. (Followed the User Manual Instruction to do reset, but the custom password remains there.)
4. Guessing the password randomly by typing the WPS Pin, Serial Number, FPU No and empty password. (All incorrect password)
5. Printing all information from the printer, Including "HP Network Configuration Page", "Wireless network test result", "Printer Information page". (All does not provide any of the Custom Password.)
I am frustrated with the problem with no resolution, with no customer service provided, and the bad Virtual HP Assistance with absolutely no help. It would be greatly appreciated if anyone can tell me how to solve this problem. Thanks!

Welcome to the HP support community.
I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.
