Deskjet 3050

I am trying to get my desk jet 3050 back on the wifi network in my house.  It was previously connected but for some reason it is not connected today.  From what I see there is not a way to enter the wifi ssid password on the printer itself.  I downloaded the HP Smart and HP Easy Start Setup.  They cannot find the printer.  I am at a loss here.  Any help would be appreciated.

HP Deskjet 3050 All-in-One Printer series - J610 Printer driver for macOS is not available from the HP website or Apple Software Update. However, Gutenprint (formerly called Gimp-Print) provides open-source basic print drivers for many printers that would otherwise not be supported in Mac OS X. To see if your printer is supported, go to Gutenprint drivers for more information.

NOTE: Gutenprint drivers are not supported by HP Apple.

Please download and install the latest drivers below:

Next, on your printer, when the printer is ready with a solid power light ensure the wireless light blinks, then press and hold Wireless and Cancel for 5 seconds, then restart the printer.

Make sure the Mac is connected to your wireless network, if it is connected with Ethernet unplug it and connect it wirelessly.

From the Go Menu select computer and then your active boot volume, browse to Library > Printers > hp > Utilities and open HP Utility.

Select Devices > Setup New Device or HP Auto Wireless Connect and follow the steps on screen to connect the printer to your wireless network.
