My printer doesn't work in WiFi with modem Zyxel Wifi6: I try to reset it, to link by USB cable, to disable firewall ad MAC filters on modem...but nothing. How can I resolve this?

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Let's reset the network settings of the Printer: 1. Press the Wireless button to display the Wireless Menu. 2. From the Wireless Menu, select Settings. 3. From the Settings menu, select Restore Defaults. 4. Confirm selection to restore defaults.

Once done, connect the Printer back to the Wi-Fi.

Let me know if this helps.

Make sure the printer is connecting to the 2.4 GHz network.
