My printer info tells me it is connect to Wifi with string signal (it's beside the router) but not connected to the Internet - so instant ink won't update..
Any help appreciated.
Using a MacBook Pro early 2015 - running Catalina

@MattScot, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Do you have internet access on the Mac?
If the printer/Mac is connected to the router, but if there is no internet access, you may have to contact your Internet service provider.
Restart the wireless router, the printer, and the Mac
Use the WPS method to connect the printer to your wireless network if not connected already. Refer to - Connecting an HP Printer Using Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS)
- Make sure the printer and the Mac are connected to the same wireless network. Either 2.4 or 5GHz network.
- If you have a Dual-band router and both 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks share the same name/SSID, the printer will not be able to connect to the network. In this case, contact your Internet service provider to assign different names to both the networks.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
