Since having an Eero router installed through a new ISP my printer no longer connects. I have done extensive online searches which suggest, due to Eero's security, that the printer is no longer compatible due to it's age/settings.
I bought a cable to connect the printer directly to the laptop as per many suggestions online however the laptop does not recognise the printer and in the installation settings it is asking me to connect the printer to the wireless!
I have followed the instructions on the HP website for Windows installation by USB and keep getting the same page asking me to connect to the wireless!
If it is the case that the printer is no longer compatible, it will need to be replaced - can anyone recommend an Eero compatible printer please? One you actually own and have successfully used.
Many thanks.
