Product: HP ENVY 6055 All-In-One Printer
Printer was working fine at my previous house. Moved into a new home and I cannot seem to get this printer connected via wifi. I am on 5ghz network band.
HP Smart will locate the printer but I am stuck at this screen for however long I leave it on for.. >30+ Mins. I've tried connecting via phone and PC. Sat right next to the router/modem to no avail. Printer is also showing purple light indicating it's ready to connect via wifi but does not work. I've printed all necessary "wireless quick start guides" and printer status report. Please help before I throw this printer in the trash and stay away from HP. It should not be this hard.
