Has anyone encountered the following error code about registration and country? I verified that US is listed in all areas for the printer model and my HP account. It had been working recently and stopped. All network issues are fine.
Error Code: UA_400_EB000U0405
Unable to register the printer to your account
A feature of this printer is not currently supported in the country or region of your HP account or printer model.

@Rt66dog, Welcome to HP Support Community,
Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
The error code UA_400_EB000U0405 indicates that a feature of your HP printer is not supported in the country or region associated with your HP account or printer model. Unfortunately, when a feature isn't supported due to regional limitations, it restricts registration and usage of certain functionalities.
To address this issue, consider the following steps:
Verify Region Settings: Double-check your HP account to ensure that the region and language settings are correct. Sometimes, updating your account settings can resolve compatibility issues.
Use Another Account: If applicable, consider using or creating an HP account set to a supported region that matches your printer's capabilities.
I hope this helps.
Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.
Take care and have a good day.
