Use HP Smart App:
- Download and install the HP Smart App if you haven't already.
- Open the app, select Add Printer, and follow the instructions to reconnect your printer to the network.
Reset Network Settings:

- After the reset, try reconnecting to the Wi-Fi network using the Wireless Setup Wizard.
Check Router Settings:
- Ensure your router is broadcasting a 2.4 GHz network if your printer only supports 2.4 GHz.
