Hi @teddersg,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand you are trying to get your HP DeskJet 2755e back online after changing networks, follow these steps:

Reconnect to Wi-Fi:

  • On the printer's control panel, go to the Wireless or Wi-Fi settings.
  • Select Setup or Network Setup and choose Wireless Setup Wizard.
  • Follow the prompts to select your new Wi-Fi network and enter the password.

Reinstall Printer Software:

  • On your computer, go to Settings > Devices > Printers & Scanners.
  • Click on Add a printer or scanner and wait for your printer to appear.
  • Select your printer and follow the on-screen instructions to reinstall the printer.

Update Printer Firmware: Update the firmware on an HP printer

  • Visit the HP Support website and enter your printer model.
  • Download and install any available firmware updates.

Use HP Smart App:

  • Download and install the HP Smart App if you haven't already.
  • Open the app, select Add Printer, and follow the instructions to reconnect your printer to the network.

Reset Network Settings:

  • On the printer's control panel, go to Setup > Network Setup > Restore Network Settings.
  • After the reset, try reconnecting to the Wi-Fi network using the Wireless Setup Wizard.

Check Router Settings:

  • Ensure your router is broadcasting a 2.4 GHz network if your printer only supports 2.4 GHz.
  • Confirm that MAC address filtering or any other network security settings are not blocking the printer.
