I own a second HP printer but can´t seem to be able to add it to my account and worse its now refusing to print. Keeps showing me this i icon about incomplete information. Have followed the virtual assistant but nothing works. I need major help here and by the way am not very experienced with high tech stuffs but I do know how to find my way around, at least i hope.
How do I solve this issue?

I own 2 hp printers that seem to be a year or 2 out of warranty, but thats not really the issue.
The issue is that its shows printer offline, says driver is missing and can't get connected wirelessly.
One is a LaserJet MFP M232-M237 and the other is an HP OfficeJet Pro 8020 series.
They both worked in the past but now all of the sudden, not connected.
I can´t print or do anything with them, they are just basically occupying space.
I am using the HP Smart app for Android (Mobile) and also on my Windows 11 to no avial.
I have tried several Installation guides but none of them has gotten me to the wireless setup. Though I recently saw a post here https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Printer-Setup-Software-Drivers/Unable-to-Connect-Wirelessly-to-LaserJe...that seems too help me get the wireless setup up but i still cant get my Phone to connect and connection to the computer is still not working.
The printers shows yellow/orange light ad the i-icon stays on but the wifi icon has now disappear.
Maybe i have to start the set up again but aqm really lost and dont know what to do anymore.

Error message it just showed Error 2. And now surprisingly I dont even find the HP Laser Jet MFP M232-M237 anymore in HP homepage. SN VNH5P02780.
Yes there was an upgrade to my window 11 but then it shouldn´t then online printing with my Smartphone,... right? It worked fine before the update to my windows 11.
