Product: HP DeskJet 3755 All-in-One Printer

I live in a community where the wifi is not password secured. I cannot get my HP 3755 to connect to this network.

 

I finally had to set up a hotspot on an old phone (which gets internet from the unsecured network), secure the hotspot and use it to get my printer connected. BUT now I cannot print unless I am connected to that hotspot. This is not a long term solution. And it's a stupid one at that.

 

What are the steps to change the printer's network to one that is not secured with a password?

 

(I totally understand and accept the security risks.)
