Color LaserJet Pro M254dw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Laserjet stopped doing wireless printing with Windows 10.  It does work with IOS devices such as cells and ipads.

An IT guy from my office tried to help me and then told me that after a Windows update, these printers basically stopped working wirelessly for Windows.  I now seem to believe him as my boss has two of these (one at work and one at home) and it has the same issue.

If I connect my printer via USB, it works well.

I have uninstalled it, reinstalled it, udated firmware, etc to no avail.

I used the HP Print and Scan Doctor 5.0.8.  It finds both the USB and the wireless printer.  I click on the wireless one, it tries to find and fix problems but it does not work.  It says that the printer is not connected to the network, but it is as I can print from the IOS devices.

I also tried removing the printer and adding it.  The printer search finds NPICAD86 (HP Color Laserjet M254dw).   I select it, add the device and I get a message Driver Unavailable.  I did download all drivers and software (including all the stuff that I don't need).

I wonder if this is the end of wireless windows printing for the M254... it would suck.  But I am ready to give up.

Any help will be appreciated.
