Hello, I've printed wirelessly several times today with no issues, but my computer suddenly couldn't locate the printer. I ran the Wireless Setup Wizard several times and kept getting a "Network Connection Failed" message.
The test report I printed shows "pass" for Wireless on/Wireless Working/Network Name (SSID) Found, but "fail" for Security. My password hasn't changed, it works on all of my other devices, but the printer is no longer recognizing it.
The troubleshooting tip on my report reads: "The WPA authentication method on your HP printer has been changed from the default setting. This may cause problems when connecting to your wireless network if your wireless router isn't using the same WPA authentication." The router is using the same WPA authentication as always, and I keep entering that same authentication on the printer. I turned it on and off, removed the power cord, restarted my computer, and tried it all over again several times with no luck.
Any suggestions? Thanks!

@jklyon74, Welcome to HP Support Community!
Have you tried changing the wireless password?
Try updating the printer firmware and try again-
Download available firmware updates from the HP website
With the printer on and connected to the computer, go to HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads, and then identify your printer. Look for and install any available firmware updates. Refer to the document HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
Check with your ISP if the security settings on the router are configured correctly.
Try connecting the printer and see if that helps.
Keep me posted.
