Hi @ihafidhou,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble connecting your HP DeskJet 4130e to your new Wi-Fi network. Let's try to troubleshoot the issue step by step.

Check Wi-Fi Credentials:

  • Make sure you have the correct Wi-Fi network name (SSID) and password.
  • Double-check for any typos in the Wi-Fi password.

Printer Display:

  • On the printer's control panel, navigate to the wireless settings or setup menu.
  • Look for an option like "Wireless Setup Wizard" or "Wi-Fi Setup" and follow the on-screen instructions.

Restart Printer and Router:

  • Turn off your printer and unplug it from the power source.
  • Restart your Wi-Fi router by unplugging it and then plugging it back in.
  • Wait for both the router and printer to fully restart.
  • Power on the printer and try to connect again.

Wireless Direct Printing:

  • Some printers have a feature called "Wireless Direct" or "HP Wireless Direct." Check your printer's manual for instructions on how to use this feature.

HP Smart App:

  • Install the HP Smart app on your smartphone or tablet.
  • Follow the app's instructions to set up your printer on the new Wi-Fi network.

WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup):

  • If your router supports WPS, you can use this method to connect your printer.
  • Press the WPS button on your router and then press the WPS button on your printer (if available).

Update Firmware:

  • Check if there's a firmware update available for your printer on the HP support website. Updating firmware can sometimes resolve connectivity issues.

Forget Old Network:

  • On the printer's control panel, navigate to the wireless settings.
  • Look for an option to forget or remove the old Wi-Fi network.
  • After forgetting the old network, try connecting to the new one.

Reset Network Settings:

  • In the printer's settings, there might be an option to reset network settings. Use this option and set up the Wi-Fi connection again.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
