HP DeskJet 2700 wifi connection

Deskjet 2700.  Trying to connect existing printer to new router/wifi address using all suggested techniques, still will not connect, doesn't appear to be able to use the same wifi address as on my phone or computer.

I've been having the same issue, I've tried all the different methods, on my computer and phone app.  None work, I get the error every time that it's unable to connect.  And because it's out of warranty already I cannot access support.  I'm hoping that just because I've had my printer more than one year, I can still connect to a new network.
